About Us

Geoffrey R. W. Smith

Since graduating with “honors” from Stanford University (1967) and Stanford Law School (1970), where he was an Editor of the Law Review, Smith has been a partner in prominent national law firms representing Fortune 500 corporations in administrative law matters and complex litigation, including in the Supreme Court.

In the arts, he has served as chairman of The Washington Ballet Board, vice chairman of Actors Theater of Washington, and today he is secretary of the Board of the Youth American Grand Prix and active on other non-profit Boards.  Though his dance training began too late for a career,  Smith takes class regularly and every December he performs Drosselmeyer in the Mary Day production of The Nutcracker

Admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia, Smith is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association.

Katharine O'Hara McIntyre

Prior to graduating from Hood College (2002) and Loyola University New Orleans Law School (2005), where she was on the Law Review and served in the Immigration Clinic, McIntyre danced with the Joffrey Ballet.  In addition to practicing law, she teaches ballet.

McIntyre is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District  of Columbia
